- Anything purchased with any form of personalization such as engraving is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange.

- Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
- ALL RETURN AND EXCHANGE ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION WITH PRICE TAG ATTACHED.
- Shipping is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for any shipping charges unless there was a mistake on our end, then E’s Boutique will cover shipping charges.
We offer exchanges for the SAME item but in a different SIZE! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on the return form.
An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days.
Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will issue a refund, or you may choose to wait an additional 14 days to restock item.
